- Client Requirements: Clear specifications must be provided; changes may result in additional fees.
- Service Delivery: Timelines depend on project complexity and current workload; delays will be communicated.
- Communication: Main channels are Discord and email; timely responses are expected from the Client.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made upfront or per milestone; work begins after initial payment.
- Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal and Stripe (Card); transaction fees may apply.
- Subscription Services: Contractual and governed by Section 6.
4. Refund and Chargeback Policy
