FiveM Development: Custom FiveM scripts, modifications, and server setups.
Discord Bots: Development of custom bots for Discord servers, including configuration and updates.
Server Building: Full server setup services for various platforms, including customization options.
Discord Server Creation & Modification: Designing and modifying Discord servers as per client requirements.
Small Roblox Jobs: Assistance with minor Roblox development tasks.

2. General Terms

Client Requirements:
The Client must provide clear specifications and expectations for each project.
Changes to the scope of work after a project begins may incur additional fees.

Service Delivery:
Delivery timelines are determined based on the complexity of the project and our current workload.
Estimated timelines will be communicated, and the Client will be informed of any delays.

Communication:
Primary communication channels are Discord and email.
The Client is responsible for monitoring these channels and responding promptly.

3. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule:
All payments are to be made upfront or according to a milestone schedule outlined in the specific service agreement.
Services will not commence until the initial payment has been received.

Accepted Payment Methods:

6. Subscription Terms

Contractual Obligation:
Subscriptions are contractual, and early termination requires 30 days’ prior written notice.

Failure to Honor Subscription Contract:
If the Client fails to honor the subscription agreement or pay termination fees, we reserve the right to take legal action.

Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis unless canceled per notice terms.

7. Liability and Warranties

No Warranties:
All services and products are provided "as-is."
Dusty's Development makes no express or implied warranties regarding quality, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

8. Amendments to the Terms

Dusty's Development reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.
Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
